Setu is an informational directory of publicly-registered clinical trials. It does not solicit, recruit, or advertise for enrollment in any trial, and it does not offer compensation of any kind for participation. Setu itself has no role in enrollment, screening, or participation decisions.

Match scoring on "Find a Trial" is illustrative, not a real determination

The Strong / Possible / Uncertain match bands shown alongside search results are a simple, illustrative heuristic — not a real eligibility assessment and not a percentage confidence score. They exist to demonstrate what a future matching feature could look like. Only the trial site, and your own doctor, can actually determine whether you are eligible for a specific trial.

Data sources & accuracy

Trial data is aggregated from public registries — ClinicalTrials.gov and CTRI (via the WHO International Clinical Trials Registry Platform) — and may be incomplete or out of date. Recruiting status and eligibility criteria for any specific trial must always be verified directly with the trial site before acting on them.

Privacy

Browsing trials and searching on "Find a Trial" collects no patient health data. The medical record form and file upload on "Find a Trial" stay entirely on your own device — nothing you type or upload there is sent to a server, stored, or transmitted anywhere. The "Send my case for review" action is a placeholder for a future feature and does not transmit anything in this build. Reloading the page clears whatever you entered.

Placeholder note: when record-sharing with trial sites actually ships, this page will be replaced with a full privacy policy aligned to India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, covering what personal data is collected, why, and how it is handled.

Hospital Desk and CRO Console are demonstrations, not live services

These two areas of the site show, with illustrative sample data, what a future hospital-referral and sponsor-enrollment product could look like. They are not connected to any real hospital, sponsor, patient, or billing system — there is no real login, no real account, and no real data behind them. Every page in this section carries a persistent notice identifying it as a demonstration.
