Find a Trial — search plus an illustrative match preview

1. Search by condition, state, and age.
2. We show real, currently-recruiting trials that match your condition — real IDs, titles, phase, status, and eligibility criteria.
3. Each result also shows a Strong / Possible / Uncertain match band with a one-line reason. This is clearly marked as illustrative — a simple preview heuristic, not a real eligibility determination.
4. You can fill in a medical record and upload reports to see the flow — everything stays on your device. Sharing it with a trial site isn't live yet.
